The payoff is no Criminal Justice Cost or paper work for the Police officer District Attorney's, Court System, Judges, Prison System and Last but not least No Victims. <br />It appears the war on crime is being waged in the Criminal Justice System, after the crime is committed. Costing Victims, and the Tax Payer a fortune in Justice system cost. <br /> Prisons are not cheap, Jail systems awaiting trial are not Cheap, Court Houses, District Attorney's, Judges, and all that stinking paper work .. YUK ! If the Thin Blue Line got a little thicker and devoted more Police to Prevention strategies we draw the line where it starts, Not where it makes us all victims.
